Terms of Service

BizNexlog is a cloud-based business management platform designed for gadget retailers and repair shops. It provides tools for inventory management, point of sale, trade-in tracking, repair management, IMEI verification, analytics, and more.

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use BizNexlog. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

• Each store requires one account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password secure. Do not share login credentials with unauthorised persons.
• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate your account.
• You may invite staff members under your store account; you are responsible for their actions on the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use BizNexlog for any unlawful purpose, including recording stolen or blacklisted devices as legitimate inventory.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data through the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the platform.

• New accounts start with a 90-day free trial on the Free plan.
• Paid plans unlock additional features. Pricing is displayed on the platform and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue payments.

You own all business data you enter into BizNexlog (inventory records, sales, customer information, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. We will communicate planned outages where possible.

• You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your data is permanently and immediately deleted. Export your records before deleting your account.

BizNexlog is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
