• Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Railway PostgreSQL database) with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Media files (product images, receipts) are stored on Cloudinary with access controls.
• We apply industry-standard security practices including hashed passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS-only connections, and rate limiting.
• While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

We use the following third-party services to operate BizNexlog:

• Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
• Railway — database hosting.
• Cloudinary — image and file storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Each provider processes only the data necessary to deliver their service and operates under their own privacy policies.

BizNexlog uses browser cookies and local storage to maintain your login session, remember your preferences (e.g. sidebar state), and cache session data for offline use. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your account, all associated data — inventory, sales, staff, customers, and settings — is permanently and immediately deleted. This cannot be undone.
• You may export your business data from the platform at any time before deleting your account.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete information via your account settings.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — export your business data in a readable format.
